I think that there are many open questions regarding the goals and the form of NICE as a sustainable network. From my perspective, it would be best for us to ask NICE members to cast votes about several options. Adhocracy could be a good instrument to do this, but we need to check it out.

It seems to me, as if each proposal needs to be made separately, if we use Adhocracy as a tool. If we want to ask a lot of questions and have people prioritize different options, I guess that an instrument like SurveyMonkey might be more helpful.
